Charity and Scholarships

As it has for the past many years, The Shores Club is awarding a $1,000 scholarship to any high school senior living in the Bonita Shores/Little Hickory neighborhood who is enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning for the Fall 2016 semester.

All applicants’ should include a complete resume of high school grades, awards, activities and community involvement. Inquires should be addressed to:

The deadline to apply is March 31, 2016.  A selection committee will award this scholarship in April.

The Bonita Shores Association has had a long history of supporting Bonita Springs charties each year.  A list of local charties we have supported with donations includes:

1. The Bonita Springs Assistance Office
2. The Literacy Council of Bonita Springs
3. The Shelter for Abused Women
4. Cafe of Life
5. St. Matthews House & Immokalee Friendship House
6. The Harry Chapin Food Bank
